摘要
第二届全国名中医崔应麟教授认为痰邪是中风病形成、变化、预后转归的重要因素,然而痰邪随着中风病程的改变,其自身也发生着变化,故提出“基于痰之新久,分期论治”的学术思想。其认为中风病的治疗,应从痰之新久入手,并根据具体病程及兼症的不同,分期论治。同时,其还独创醒脑灌肠液、康益胶囊等,应用于临床,疗效甚佳。笔者有幸成为崔教授的学术思想继承人,在跟师学习中对崔教授的“基于痰之新久,分期论治”的学术思想,以及学术渊源进行了整理;对“痰致中风”的病因病机及发病特点进行了归纳;对“痰致中风”的临床用药经验进行了总结,为中医药治疗中风病提供理论依据。
The second National famous traditional Chinese medicine Professor Cui Yinglin believes that phlegm pathogen is an important factor in the formation,change and prognosis of apoplexy.However,phlegm pathogen itself also changes with the course of apoplexy.Therefore,he proposed the academic idea of“treating by stages based on the new and long phlegm”.He believes that the treatment of apoplexy should start from the new and long phlegm,and according to the specific course of the disease and the different concurrent disease,stage treatment.At the same time,he also original Xingnao Emena Decoction,Kangyi Capsules and so on,applied in clinical,curative effect is very good.The author has the honor to be the successor of Professor Cui’s academic thought.In the course of learning from teachers,the author sorted out Professor Cui’s academic thought of“treating by stages based on the new and long phlegm”and its academic origins.The etiology,pathogenesis and characteristics of“phlegm-induced apoplexy”were summarized.The clinical medication experience of“phlegm-induced apoplexy”was summarized to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of apoplexy with traditional Chinese medicine.
