SA705-630钢的热处理工艺及焊接接头的显微组织和力学性能

摘要 对SA705-630沉淀硬化不锈钢进行了1040℃保温1.5 h空冷、1.5 bar压力氮气冷却和油冷的固溶处理,850℃保温2 h空冷、3.5 bar压力氮气冷却和油冷的中间热处理及570℃保温4 h的时效处理。结果表明:固溶处理和中间热处理油冷的钢的组织为板条状回火马氏体、残留奥氏体和析出相,力学性能优异。采用钨极惰性气体保护焊和焊条电弧焊工艺对钢进行焊接,随后进行了635℃保温4 h炉冷的消除应力处理和同样方法的热处理。结果表明:固溶处理和中间热处理油冷的钢焊接接头焊缝和热影响区微观组织均主要是均匀细小的板条马氏体,力学性能符合SA705标准中H1075的要求。 SA705-630 steel, a type of precipitation hardening stainless steel, was subjected to solution treatment consisting of heating at 1040 ℃ for 1.5 h then cooling in air, 1.5-bar-pressure nitrogen and oil, to intermediate heat treatment consisting of heating at 850 ℃ for 2 h then cooling in air, 3.5-bar-pressure nitrogen and oil, and to aging at 570 ℃for 4 h. The results indicated that the steel oil cooled after solution treating and intermediate heat treating exhibited microstructure consisting of lath tempered martensite, retained austenite and precipitated phase and excellent mechanical properties. The steel was welded by tungsten-inert-gas welding(TIG) and shielded metal arc welding(SMAW) technologies, then stress relieved by heating at 635 ℃for 4 h followed by furnace cooling and heat treated in the same manner. The results indicated that weld and heat affected zone in the welded joints of the steel oil cooled after solution treating and intermediate heat treating all exhibited uniform fine lath martensite and the mechanical properties conforming with the requirements of H1075 in SA705 standard.
