摘要
为了明确生物炭对早稻秧苗生长发育的影响,探明生物炭在早稻机插秧育苗上的抗寒减灾潜力,本研究以机插秧育秧基质为基础,采用盆栽试验方式研究了外源添加生物炭(5%,w/w)对2个常规早稻和2个杂交早稻品种秧苗素质和抗寒性的影响。结果表明,在育秧基质中添加生物炭可以显著提高秧苗地下部生物量、根数、壮苗指数、可溶性蛋白含量和最大光量子产量(Fv/Fm),显著降低因低温胁迫造成的丙二醛积累、植株矮化和秧苗枯死,而对早期秧苗的叶片SPAD值影响不显著。
To clarify the effects of biochar on the growth and development of early rice seedlings, and to explore the cold resistance and disaster reduction potential of biochar in machine-transplanting early rice seedlings, the effects of exogenous biochar(5%, w/w) added to the matrix of machine-transplanting seedlings were studied on the seedling quality and cold resistance of two conventional rice and two hybrid rice varieties in a pot experiment. The results showed that adding biochar to seedling matrix significantly increased the underground seedling biomass, seedling root number, sound seedling index, soluble protein content and maximum light quantum yield(Fv/Fm), and significantly reduced malondialdehyde accumulation, plant dwarfing and seedling death under the low temperature stress, but had not a significant effect on the SPAD value of leaves in early seedling stage.
