气象因素与流感发病相关关系的Meta分析 被引量:3

Meta-analysis of the correlation between meteorological factors and influenza incidence

摘要 目的:采用Meta分析气象因素与流感发病的关系,为流感病的预防和控制提供参考。方法:经计算机全面检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台和中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)这三个中文数据库和PubMed数据库中检索建库以来公开发表的关于气象因素与流感发病相关关系的中英文文献,然后严格按照制定的纳入标准和排除标准来筛选出文献,再对最终纳入的标准文献进行文献的质量评价、数据提取和效应量合并。结果:共检出相关文献556篇,最终纳入11篇文献。Meta分析结果显示,流感发病与平均气温呈负相关,平均气温变化的相对危险度有统计学意义;与风速呈正相关,风速变化的相对危险度有统计学意义;与平均气压呈正相关,平均气压变化的相对危险度无统计学意义;流感发病与相对湿度、温差、降水量和日照的相关性无统计学意义。结论:平均气温、平均气压、风速在一定程度上可影响流感发病。 Objective To use Meta to analyze the relationship between meteorological factors and influenza incidence,and to provide reference for influenza prevention and control.Methods The three Chinese databases and PubMed database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and China Biomedical Literature Database (CBM) and PubMed database were comprehensively searched by computer.Chinese and English literatures related to the incidence of disease were selected,and then the literatures were screened in strict accordance with the established inclusion and exclusion criteria,and then the final included standard literatures were subjected to literature quality evaluation,data extraction and effect size merging.Results A total of 556 related literatures were detected,and 11 literatures were finally included.Meta-analysis results showed that the incidence of influenza was negatively correlated with average temperature,and the relative risk of average temperature change was statistically significant;it was positively correlated with wind speed,the relative risk of wind speed change was statistically significant;it was positively correlated with mean air pressure,the relative risk of mean pressure change There was no statistical significance;the correlation between the incidence of influenza and relative humidity,temperature difference,precipitation and sunshine was not statistically significant.Conclusion The average temperature,average air pressure and wind speed can affect the incidence of influenza to a certain extent.
