摘要
目的:探讨思维导图引导中医康复护理对住院老年脑卒中患者心理韧性、自护能力及不良事件发生率的影响。方法:选取2019年1月~2021年1月在我院收治的脑卒中患者80例作为研究对象,采用简单随机数表法分组为观察组与对照组,每组各40例。对照组予以脑卒中患者常规护理,观察组予以思维导图引导中医康复护理,均持续护理1周。比较两组心理状态、疾病自护能力、健康教育知识掌握评分和护理不良事件发生率,出院3个月随访,比较两组患者自理能力与生活质量。结果:护理后两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组;心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)、健康知识水平、自我护理技能、自护责任感、自我概念疾病自护能力评分、疾病与健康、饮食与运动和用药与观察健康教育掌握评分、日常生活活动量表(ADL)与生活质量测定量表(WHOQOL-100)评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组;住院期间观察组发生烫伤、跌倒、管路滑脱和误吸总护理不良事件发生率为5.00%与对照组的7.50%比较无显著差异。结论:思维导图引导中医康复护理应用于住院老年脑卒中患者有良好的护理效果,可提高患者心理韧性与自护能力,有利于患者健康恢复。
Objective To explore the effects of mind map-guided TCM rehabilitation nursing on psychological resilience,self-care ability and incidence of adverse events in elderly inpatients with stroke.Methods A total of 80 patients with stroke admitted to the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between January 2019 and January 2021.According to simple random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while observation group was given mind map-guided TCM rehabilitation nursing.All were continuously nursed for 1 week.The psychological state,disease self-care ability,mastery score of health education knowledge and incidence of adverse nursing events were compared between the two groups.After 3 months of follow-up,self-care ability and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) in both groups were decreased,which were lower in observation group than control group.After nursing,scores of health knowledge level,self-care skills,self-care responsibility,disease self-care ability,disease and health,diet and exercise,medication and observation,activities of daily living (ADL) and World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale (WHOQOL-100) in both groups were increased,which were higher in observation group than control group.During hospitalization,difference in total incidence of nursing adverse events (scalds,falling,catheter shedding,aspiration) between observation group and control group was not statistically significant (5.00% vs 7.50%).Conclusion The nursing effect of mind map-guided TCM rehabilitation nursing is good in elderly inpatients with stroke,which can improve psychological resilience and self-care ability,and is conducive to healthy recovery in patients.
