县域教师培养培训“协同体”构建策略与路径探究 被引量:2

摘要 构建融合培养、培训、研究和服务为一体的教师教育模式与途径,健全教师培养培训体系,激发教师自我专业发展的内驱力,主动适应信息时代新技术革新,对优化教师队伍结构、提升师资整体水平、促进义务教育优质均衡发展有着重要的意义。“国培计划”项目应该继续发挥示范引领作用,并作为传播教育教学前沿理论和方法的重要渠道和培训模式创新的工具;同时要深化师资供给侧改革,加强本土化教师培养,加强专家名师引领下的校本教研,构建县域教师培养培训“协同体”。通过学习型组织的构建,能有效帮助教师建构教育教学理念、专业知识与技能,建立教师终身发展的自我检视与发展路径,促进教师的可持续发展,营造县域内教师专业发展协同进步的新局面。 It is of great significance to optimize the structure of teachers,and promote the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education to build a teacher education model and approach integrating training,research and service,stimulate the internal driving force of teachers’professional development,and actively adapt to the new technological innovation in the information age.The national teacher training program should continue to play a leading role in demonstration,and be used as an important channel to spread new theories,new ideas and new methods of education and teaching,as well as a tool for training mode innovation.At the same time,we should deepen the reform of the supply side of teachers,strengthen the training of local teachers,strengthen the school-based teaching and research under the guidance of experts and famous teachers,and build a collaborative body of county teacher training.Through the construction of learning organization,it can effectively help teachers to construct education and teaching ideas,professional knowledge and skills,establish self-examination and development path of teachers’lifelong development,promote the sustainable development of teachers.The linkage of education management departments and teaching institutions creates a new situation of collaborative progress of teachers’professional development in the county.
