摘要
目的:探讨银杏叶提取物注射液联合吡拉西坦治疗老年急性脑梗死的效果。方法:抽选定南第二医院2020年2-12月诊治的88例急性脑梗死老年患者进行分析,应用计算机抽签法将患者分成参照组和实践组,各44例。参照组接受吡拉西坦治疗,实践组则加用银杏叶提取物注射液联合治疗,两组均连续治疗14 d,对比组间治疗效果、神经功能、炎症指标、血清胱抑素C、脑钠肽、基质金属蛋白酶-9。结果:实践组治疗后的总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05);实践组治疗7、14 d后的神经功能缺损量表评分均低于参照组(P<0.05);实践组治疗后白介素-6、C反应蛋白均低于参照组(P<0.05);实践组治疗后血清胱抑素C、脑钠肽、基质金属蛋白酶-9均低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于银杏叶提取物注射液联合吡拉西坦治疗急性脑梗死老年患者能有效提高总体效果,改善患者的神经功能和炎症反应,降低脑钠肽等指标,值得参考。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection combined with Piracetam in the treatment of senile acute cerebral infarction.Method:Eighty-eight elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction diagnosed and treated in Dingnan Second Hospital from February to December 2020 were selected for analysis.The patients were divided into a reference group and a practice group by computer lottery,and 44 cases in each group.The reference group received Piracetam treatment,while the practice group received combined treatment with Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection.Both groups were treated continuously for 14 days.The therapeutic effect,neural function,inflammatory index,serum cystatin C,brain natriuretic peptide and matrix metalloproteinase-9 were compared between groups.Result:The total effective rate of the practice group after treatment was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);after 7 and 14 days of treatment,the neurological deficit scale scores of the practice group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The indexes of interleukin-6 and C reactive protein were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05);the indexes of serum cystatin C,brain natriuretic peptide and matrix metalloproteinase-9 in the practice group after treatment were all lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection combined with Piracetam in the treatment of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve the overall curative effect,improve the patients’neurological function and inflammatory response,and reduce brain natriuretic peptide and other indicators,which is worthy of reference.
