焦炉煤气制甲醇中甲醇单程转化率低的问题的解决

摘要 为解决焦炉煤气制备甲醇工艺中甲醇单程转化率低的问题,在对20万t/a甲醇厂现状分析的基础上,对所存在的问题进行总结;而后,基于Aspen Plus软件对关键物流模型进行验证后,得出原始工艺对应的全流程模型;重点对反应器的冷却剂参数进行优化,并参照优化思路对其他关键工艺参数进行优化;最后,对优化前后的制备甲醇的技术、能量以及经济-环境性能进行对比。 In order to solve the problem of low methanol one-way conversion rate in the methanol preparation process from coke oven gas,the existing problems are summarized based on the analysis of the current situation of a 200000 t/a methanol plant.Then,after verifying the key logistics model based on Aspen Plus software,the whole process model corresponding to the original process is obtained.The reactor coolant parameters were optimized,and other key process parameters were optimized according to the optimization idea.Finally,the technical,energy and economic environmental performance of methanol preparation before and after optimization were compared.
