乙醇中对羟基苯甲酸乙酯制备及不确定度评定

摘要 利用重量-容量法研制了特性量值为1000μg/mL的乙醇中对羟基苯甲酸乙酯溶液,分别采用F检验和t检验对标准物质进行均匀性、稳定性检验,并对定值结果的不确定度进行评定。结果表明,该标准物质均匀性和稳定性良好,有效期为12个月,定值结果的相对扩展不确定度为2%(k=2),已被批准为国家二级标准物质,编号为GBW(E)085317。该标准物质可用于食品、环保、医药、职业卫生系统、质量监督检验系统等单位日常分析和检验;也可用于检测方法评价和仪器校准等实验室质量控制;同时也适合作为认证考核现场专用标准物质;为各类型环境监测提供有效的技术支持。 The ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate solution in ethanol with a characteristic value of 1000ug/mL was prepared by grant-to-volume method.The homogeneity and stability of the reference materials were tested by F test and t test respectively,and the uncertainty of the fixed value results was evaluated.The results showed that the reference material had good uniformity and stability,the validity period was 12 months,and the relative extended uncertainty of the determination results was 2%(k=2).The reference material had been approved as the national secondary reference material,and the number was GBW(E)085317.The reference material can be used in food,environmental protection,medicine,occupational health system,quality supervision and inspection system and other units of daily analysis and inspection.It can also be used for laboratory quality control such as test method evaluation and instrument calibration.At the same time,it can also be used as a special reference material for certification and assessment to provide effective technical support for various types of environmental monitoring.
