摘要
以提高电气工程及其自动化专业学生可编程控制器(PLC)应用能力为目标,通过对课程教学和实验大纲的分析,设计出便携式异步电动机PLC调速控制实训装置。该装置采用西门子S7-200 SMART PLC作为核心处理器,由变频器、旋转编码器、三相异步电动机和触摸屏等器件组成。学生可通过该实训装置自行完成硬件组合连接和软件程序设计,实现基于PLC的异步电动机变频调速闭环控制,有助于提高学生掌握常规低压电器的使用和PLC的应用能力。
In order to improve the application ability of programmable controller PLC for students majoring in electrical engineering and automation,this paper designs a portable asynchronous motor PLC speed control training device through the analysis of course teaching and experiment outline.The device adopts the Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC as the core processor,and uses the frequency converter,rotary encoder,three-phase asynchronous motor,and touch screen devices,such that students can combine these training units to complete the hardware connection and software program design.The implementation is based on the PLC of the asynchronous motor frequency control of motor speed closed loop control,which may help to improve the students master the use of conventional low-voltage electrical and PLC application ability.
