基于模糊综合评价的汉江上游水资源承载力评价

Evaluation of Water Resources Carrying Capacity in Upper Han River Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

摘要 水资源承载力是水资源开发和利用的先决条件,为了解汉江上游地区水资源的承载力现状,构建了基于社会经济子系统、水资源子系统和生态环境子系统3个层面的水资源承载力评价指标体系,采用熵权法确定指标权重,通过模糊综合评价法对2010—2020年汉江上游地区的水资源承载力进行评价,结果显示:(1)2010—2020年汉江上游水资源的承载力总体呈小幅波动上升趋势,水资源承载力在Ⅱ级(较高)和Ⅲ级(一般)间波动。(2)3个子系统均呈波动上升趋势,总体来看水资源子系统和生态环境子系统的综合评分值相对高于社会经济子系统。由此可为汉江上游地区合理开发利用水资源提供理论依据。 Water resources carrying capacity is a prerequisite for water resources development and utilization. In order to understand the current situation of water resources carrying capacity in the upper reaches of Han River, the water resources carrying capacity evaluation index system was constructed based on three levels of socio-economic subsystem, water resources subsystem and ecological environment subsystem. The entropy weighting method was used to determine index weights, and the water resources carrying capacity of the upper reaches of Han River from 2010 to 2020 by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results showed that:(1) From 2010 to 2020, the water resources carrying capacity of the upper reaches of the Han River showed a slight upward trend, and the water resources carrying capacity fluctuates between level Ⅱ(comparatively high)and levelⅢ(general).(2) All three subsystems showed a fluctuating upward trend, Overall, the comprehensive score value of water resources subsystem and ecological environment subsystem were relatice higher than the socio-economic subsystem. So it can provide a theoretical reference for the rational development and utilization of water resources in the upper reaches of the Han River.
