摘要
卵巢癌是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤,卵巢癌早期无特异性症状和体征,缺乏有效的诊断方法,超过70%的患者确诊时已属晚期,因此卵巢癌死亡率极高,预后差。基质细胞衍生因子1(stromal cell derived factor-1,SDF-1,CXCL12)及其受体CXCR4参与卵巢癌的增殖凋亡、侵袭转移以及血管新生,与卵巢癌的发生发展密切相关。本文综述了近年来卵巢癌中CXCL12/CXCR4的相关研究进展。
Ovarian cancer is a common gynecological malignant tumor.Based on the lack of specific symptoms and signs in the early stage of ovarian cancer,and the lack of effective diagnostic methods,more than 70%of patients are already at an advanced stage when they are diagnosed.Therefore,the mortality rate of ovarian cancer is extremely high and the prognosis is poor.Stromal cell derived factor-1(SDF-1,CXCL12)and its receptor CXCR4 are involved in the proliferation,apoptosis,invasion,metastasis,and angiogenesis of ovarian cancer,and are closely related to the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer.This article reviews the research progress of CXCL12/CXCR4 in ovarian cancer in recent years.
