摘要
To the Editor:The incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)with inferior vena cava tumor thrombus(IVCTT)is.approximately 1.4%.Owing to direct cancercll dissemination into the systemic circulation,HCC-IVCTT is frequently associated with synchronous and metachronous extrahepatic metastasis.Without treatment,the median survival time is only 3 months for patients with HCC-IVCTT.
