摘要
目的探究全程无缝隙护理在接受心脏手术治疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2020年11月至2021年11月拟行心脏手术患者50例,根据入院顺序不同分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上,给予全程无缝隙护理。对比两组病情指标、抑郁、焦虑自评量表(SDS、SAS)、慢性心功能不全生活质量量表(LHFQ)评分、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组住院费用、首次下床时间、ICU观察时间、住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组SDS、LHFQ、SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率8.00%(2/25)低于对照组32.00%(8/25),护理满意度100.00%(25/25)高于对照组76.00%(19/25),P<0.05。结论全程无缝隙护理应用于心脏手术护理中,可缓解患者的不良情绪,降低并发症发生风险,促进患者病情恢复,从而提高生活质量,增加患者对护理服务的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of whole-process seamless nursing in patients undergoing cardiac surgery.Methods A total of 50 patients who planned to undergo cardiac surgery in our hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different admission order,25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given seamless nursing on the basis of the control group.The disease indicators,self-rating depression and anxiety scale(SDS,SAS),chronic cardiac insufficiency quality of life scale(LHFQ)scores,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization cost,first time out of bed,ICU observation time and hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of SDS,LHFQ and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00%(2/25)lower than 32.00%(8/25)in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was 100.00%(25/25)higher than 76.00%(19/25)in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of whole-process seamless nursing in cardiac surgery nursing can relieve patients'bad emotions,reduce the risk of complications,promote patients'condition recovery,so as to improve the quality of life and increase patients'satisfaction with nursing services.
