摘要
兼夹体质具有普遍性,由于组合种类繁多、组合方式复杂,其辨识处理仍为当前中医体质学研究的难点所在。本文基于前期优化既有体质量表并开发辅助分析量表的构想,针对干预调体中对立冲突的兼夹类型,从理论框架、量表的形成和量表评价几方面详细阐述了“冲突制约”状态下兼夹体质量表的研发思路,以期为兼夹体质的辨识提供方法参考,服务于临床和公共卫生应用。
Concurrent body constitution is quite common,while its identification poses great challenges to the current TCM constitution research because of various and complicated combinations.In order to optimize the existing constitution questionnaire and developing the auxiliary analysis scale with the concurrent constitutions as the research focus,this paper elaborates the development of concurrent body constitution questionnaire under the condition of“conflict restriction”from the aspects of theoretical framework and questionnaire formation and evaluation,in order to provide reference for the identification of concurrent body constitution to facilitate its clinical and public health applications.
