摘要
乡村教育是我国教育事业优先发展的重中之重,也是我国基础教育改革过程中的痛点和难点。乡村教育发展主导性任务的确立与乡村经济社会的发展具有内在依存关系,二者互为前提、相互促进。乡村教育发展主导性任务的时代转换与历史演进受所处社会的政治、经济、文化等方面的综合影响,并呈现出不同的时代特点和一般规律。系统梳理我国乡村教育发展主导性任务演进的历史脉络,揭示乡村教育发展主导性任务确立与变迁的基本经验,明确新时代乡村教育发展主导性任务实现的推进路径,对促进乡村振兴和乡村教育协同发展具有重要的理论意义和现实价值。
Rural education is the top priority for the development of China’s education,and it is also the key and difficulty in the process of basic education reform in China.The dominant mission of rural education and the development of rural economy are intrinsically dependent.The historical evolution of educational dominant mission is comprehensively influenced by the politics,economy,culture and other aspects of the society,and presents different characteristics of the times and general laws.Taking the relevant policy implemented since the founding of the People’s Republic of China as a clue,the theoretical significance and practical value for promoting rural revitalization and the coordinated development of rural education lie in combing the historical line of the dominant mission of rural education,revealing the basic experience of changes in rural education,and clarifying the promotion paths of rural education in the new era.
