摘要
目的 分析对糖尿病足患者采取中医护理模式干预的应用效果。方法 选取2019年9月—2021年9月枣庄市立医院中医科收治的糖尿病足高危患者58例,通过随机掷骰子法将其分为对照组、研究组,每组29例。对照组患者给予常规方案护理,研究组在此基础上增加中医护理模式干预。对比两组患者干预前后的血糖指标水平变化情况,记录患者对干预服务的认可度。结果 干预前,两组患者的血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组血糖水平均降低,且研究组患者的血糖水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者对干预的认可度96.55%显著高于对照组的79.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中医护理模式可以有效降低糖尿病足的发生风险,更利于血糖水平的控制,患者对干预服务的认可度更佳,推荐使用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode intervention on diabetes mellitus foot patients.Methods A total of 58 high-risk patients with diabetes mellitus foot disease admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Zaozhuang Municipal Hospital from September 2019 to September2021 were selected.They were divided into control group and study group by random rolling of dice,with 29 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,while the study group added traditional chinese medicine nursing mode intervention on this basis.The changes of blood glucose index levels before and after the intervention in the two groups were compared,and the patients’ recognition of the intervention service was recorded.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the blood glucose levels in both groups decreased,and the blood glucose levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The acceptance of the intervention was 96.55% in the study group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group,79.31%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine nursing mode can effectively reduce the risk of Diabetic foot and is more conducive to the control of Glu levels,patients have better recognition of intervention services,so it is recommended to use it.
