摘要
目的 分析优质护理在老年糖尿病肾病血液透析中的价值。方法 选择2020年3月—2021年3月山东省公共卫生临床中心收治的老年糖尿病肾病血液透析患者88例,按随机数表分为两组。对照组44例实施常规护理,研究组44例实施优质护理,对两组心理状态、不良事件及满意度进行比较。结果 两组干预前心理状态指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组护理后SDS(32.58±5.47)分、SAS(33.05±4.10)分比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组感染、低血压、皮肤瘙痒等不良事件率4.54%比对照组18.18%低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组满意度95.45%高于对照组75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 临床对老年糖尿病肾病血液透析患者开展优质护理,可改善患者心理状态,降低不良事件发生率,能提高满意度。
Objective To analyze the value of high-quality nursing in hemodialysis for elderly diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 88 elderly diabetic nephropathy hemodialysis patients admitted to Shandong Provincial Public Health Clinical Center from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected.According to the random number table,they were divided into two groups,44 patients in the control group received routine nursing,and 44 patients in the study group received high-quality nursing.The psychological state,adverse events and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the psychological state indicators between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05);after nursing,the SDS(32.58±5.47) points and SAS(33.05±4.10)points of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse event rate of infection,hypotension,and itching in the study group was 4.54% lower than that in the control group(18.18%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the study group was 95.45% higher than that of the control group,75.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinically,high-quality nursing care for elderly diabetic nephropathy patients on hemodialysis can improve the patient’s psychological state,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve satisfaction.
