摘要
立德树人是高职院校的立身之本。提升高职教师立德树人能力,与高职院校人才培养质量和“双高”建设成效密切相关,是推动高职院校内涵建设的重要支撑。基于提升高职教师立德树人能力的重要性,分析当前高职院校教师立德树人能力提升的现实困境,并提出新时代背景下高职教师立德树人能力提升的相关对策。
Moral education is the foundation of higher vocational colleges.To improve the moral and human ability of higher vocational teachers is crucial to the quality of personnel training and the effect of“double high”construction,which is an important support to promote the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges.Based on the importance of improving higher vocational teachers'moral cultivation ability,this paper analyzes the current difficulties of improving teachers'moral cultivation ability in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward relevant countermeasures for improving higher vocational college teachers'moral cultivation ability in the new era.
