云南7种药食香薷属植物基于挥发油化学型的抗菌活性研究 被引量:2

Antibacterial Activities of 7 Medicinal and Edible Elsholtzia Based on Different Chemotypes of Essential Oil in Yunnan

摘要 目的:对7种云南药食香薷属植物不同挥发油化学型的抗菌活性进行研究,为开发新型食品天然抗菌剂奠定基础。方法:在7种药食香薷属植物挥发油化学型研究的基础上,采用肉汤微量稀释法进行抗菌活性筛选,测定其最低抑菌浓度(MIC),并绘制时间杀菌曲线。结果:7种香薷属植物挥发油16种化学型中有15种化学型对大肠杆菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌有明显的抑制作用,11种化学型对金黄色葡萄球菌有明显的抑制作用,4种化学型对铜绿假单胞菌有一定的抑制作用,上述化学型对肺炎链球菌、流感嗜血杆菌、鲍氏不动杆菌均无明显抑制作用,其中CT3型挥发油对各菌种的MIC值最小,其次是T型。挥发油主要化学成分中,抗菌活性最强的是α-Terpinyl acetate,其次是1,8-Cineole和β-Pinene。时间杀菌曲线表明大部分化学型挥发油的抗菌活性随着挥发油浓度的升高而增强,呈现浓度依赖型。结论:7种云南药食香薷属植物挥发油不同化学型的抗菌活性存在差异。α-Terpinyl acetate在1,8-Cineole的协同作用下,表现出最强抗菌活性,推测α-Terpinyl acetate与1,8-Cineole的抗菌活性存在相互协同作用。 Objective:To antibacterial activities of different essential oil chemotypes from 7 medicinal and edible Elsholtzia species in Yunnan was studied,and to lay a foundation for the development of new natural antibacterial agents for food.Methods:Based on the previous research results of essential oil chemotypes from 7 medicinal and edible Elsholtzia,the broth microdilution method was used for testing antibacterial activities and determining the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC).Then,the time-kill curve was drawn.Results:Among 16 chemotypes of Essential oil from 7 Elsholtzia species,15 chemotypes had obvious inhibitory effects on Escherichia coli and Klebsiella peneumoniae,11 chemotypes had obvious inhibitory effects on Staphylococcus aureus,4 chemotypes had certain inhibitory effects on Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and the above chemotypes had no obvious inhibitory effect on Streptococcus pneumonia,Haemophilus influenza,Acinetobacter baumannii.The MIC of chemotype CT3 to each strain was lowest,followed by chemotype T.Among the main chemical components of essential oil,the one with the strongest antibacterial activity wasα-Terpinyl acetate,followed by 1,8-cineole andβ-Pinene.The time-kill curve showed that the antibacterial activity of most essential oil chemotypes increases with the increase of concentration in a concentration-dependent manner.Conclusion:The antibacterial activities of different essential oil chemotypes from 7 medicinal and edible Elsholtzia species in Yunnan were different.α-Terpinyl acetate showed the strongest antibacterial activity under the synergistic action of 1,8-cineole.It is speculated thatα-Terpinyl acetate interacts with 1,8-cineole in antibacterial activity.
