行星齿轮机电耦合动力学及其电参数影响机理研究 被引量:3

A study on mechanical and electrical coupling dynamics of planetary gears and its influence mechanism of electrical parameters

摘要 针对机电系统动力学响应与电参数变化的相互作用机制问题,将时变啮合刚度及太阳轮处时变轴承刚度表示为转角的函数,建立了适用于不同转速工况的电机-齿轮机电耦合模型。使用dq轴坐标变换法推导了机械系统动态特性与电机定子电流的作用关系。基于精细的机电耦合模型,计算得出了振动响应及电机定子电流响应的频率特性,揭示了啮合频率与轴承频率在定子电流中的映射规律。研究结果表明:定子电流频率会受到机械部分频率调制作用从而产生相应边频,该边频成分可用于判断机械系统运行情况;啮合频率及其倍频直接与电流频率发生调制体现在电流频谱中,轴承频率先与啮合频率卷积再与电流频率发生调制才体现在电流频谱上;在不同转速下工况下,齿轮以及轴承特征频率偏移也能体现在电流频域上。 Aiming at the interaction mechanism between the dynamic response of an electromechanical system and the change of electrical parameters,the time-varying meshing and bearing stiffness at the sun wheel were expressed as the function of rotation angle,and a motor-gear electromechanical coupling model suitable for different speed conditions was established.The relationship between dynamic characteristics of the mechanical system and stator current of the motor was deduced by using a dq-axis transformation method.Based on the precise electromechanical coupling model,the frequency characteristics of vibration response and stator current response were calculated,and the mapping rule of meshing frequency and bearing frequency in stator current was revealed.Results show that the stator current frequency is modulated by the frequency of the mechanical part to generate the corresponding side frequency,which can be used to judge the operation of the mechanical system.The meshing frequency and its doubling frequency are directly modulated with the current frequency and reflected in the current spectrum.The bearing frequency is first convolved with the meshing frequency and then modulated with the current frequency.Under different speeds,the characteristic frequency deviation of gears and bearings can also be reflected in the current frequency domain.
