摘要
目的:讨论化学发光法检测甲状腺激素的价值。方法:2020年9月~2021年9月,选取60例健康体检者作为健康组;选取60例甲状腺功能亢进患者作为甲亢组;选取60例甲状腺功能低下患者作为甲减组。入选者均接受甲状腺激素检测。观察指标:三组甲状腺激素及抗体指标检测结果;化学发光免疫法检测精密度及准确度。结果:化学发光免疫法下,健康组、甲亢组及甲减组甲状腺激素及抗体指标检测结果精确度明显优于酶联免疫吸附技术,P<0.05。化学发光免疫法检测甲状腺激素及抗体有较高的准确度,且总精密度CV值为1.68%~6.55%,明显低于8%,证实化学发光免疫法检测精密度及准确度较高。结论:化学发光法检测甲状腺激素有较高的准确度及精密度,利于有效鉴别甲状腺功能正常、亢进及低下状态,为临床诊疗提供科学依据。
Objective:To discuss the value of chemiluminescence in the detection of thyroid hormone.Methods:From September 2020 to September 2021,60 healthy subjects were selected as health group.60 patients with hyperthyroidism were selected as hyperthyroidism group.60 patients with hypothyroidism were selected as hypothyroidism group.All the candidates underwent thyroid hormone detection.Outcome measures:Thyroid hormone and antibody test results of the three groups;Precision and accuracy of chemiluminescence immunoassay.Results:Under chemiluminescence immunoassay,the accuracy of thyroid hormone and antibody in healthy group,hyperthyroidism group and hypothyroidism group was obviously better than that of ELISA,P<0.05.Chemiluminescence immunoassay has high accuracy in the detection of thyroid hormone and antibody,and the total precision CV value is between 1.68%~6.55%,which is significantly lower than 8%,confirming that chemiluminescence immunoassay has high precision and accuracy.Conclusion:Chemiluminescence method has high accuracy and precision in thyroid hormone detection,which can effectively distinguish normal,hyperactive and low thyroid function,and provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
