摘要
目的筛选清半夏产地加工与炮制一体化制备工艺,探讨一体化炮制技术的合理性及可行性。方法通过对鲜半夏干燥程度和白矾浸泡时间两个因素进行考察,以水溶性浸出物含量为有效性指标,以白矾残留量以及草酸钙含量为安全性指标,采用Hassan方法进行总评归一化处理,综合评分优选清半夏产地加工炮制一体化工艺。并与传统方法比较。结果清半夏产地加工与炮制一体化最佳工艺为每100 kg去皮鲜半夏(不干燥)用8 kg白矾制备成的40 L溶液浸泡72 h,取出洗净,切厚片,干燥。该一体化工艺较传统生产工艺制备的清半夏具有降低草酸钙含量和白矾残留量、提高水溶性浸出物含量的趋势。结论优选的清半夏一体化工艺稳定,较传统生产工艺清半夏在安全性和有效性指标上有一定优势,且减少损失,降低成本。初步说明清半夏一体化工艺生产模式具有合理性和可行性。
Objective To select the integrated processing and processing technology of Pinellia ternata,and to explore the rationality and feasibility of the integrated processing technology.Methods Through the investigation of the drying degree of fresh Pinellia ternata and the soaking time of alum,taking the content of water-soluble extract as the effective index,the residual amount of alum and the content of calcium oxalate as the safety index,the total evaluation and normalization treatment was carried out by Hassan method,and the integrated processing technology of Pinellia ternata in the producing area of Pinellia ternata was optimized by comprehensive score.And compared with the traditional method.Results The best integrated processing and processing technology of Pinellia ternata was as follows:every 100 Kg peeled fresh Pinellia ternata(not dry)was soaked in 40 L solution pre⁃pared by 8 Kg alum for 72 hours,washed,cut into thick slices and dried.Compared with Rhizoma Pinelliae prepared by traditional process,this integrated process has the trend of reducing the content of calcium oxalate and residual alum and increasing the content of water-soluble extract.Conclusion The optimized integrated process of Pinellia ternata is stable,and it has certain advantages in safety and effectiveness compared with the traditional production process,and reduces the loss and cost.The prelimi⁃nary results show that the integrated process production mode of Pinellia ternata is reasonable and feasible.
