摘要
本文考虑不同类型机场跑道(专门起飞、降落或者混合起降)的入侵事件对航空器进离场排序的影响,在满足起飞或降落航班和相匹配跑道之间指派、航班的最大延误、相邻航班的安全间隔等现实约束基础上,建立该问题的一类多目标混合整数规划模型,确定部分进场航班的备降机场,将剩余进离场航班分配给不同跑道,确定它们在相应跑道的起飞或降落时间,追求航班延误成本和备降费用最少。根据问题特征,基于进离场的优先级,设计求解问题的两阶段启发式算法。最后,以某机场的航班进离场为例,分析了不同入侵事件下的最佳调度方案差异,揭示各种情形下入侵事件、跑道运行模式、航班到达比例和调度效率之间内在联系,从而验证模型的正确性。
Runways for airports could be classified as special take-off,landing or mixed landing modes.By considering the impact of invasion events of different types of runways on inbound and outbound flight scheduling,a multi-objective mixed integer programming model was established to determine alternate airports of some incoming flights,allocate the remaining inbound flights to different runways,and determine their take-off or landing time on corresponding runways.The model could satisfy the reality such as the assignment between take-off or landing flights and the matching runway,the maximum delay of flights,and the safety interval of adjacent flights.The goal was to minimize flight delay costs and alternate costs.According to the characteristics of the problem,a twostage heuristic algorithm,based on the priority of the approach and leave program,was designed to solve the problem.Finally,the optimal scheduling scheme under different intrusion events was analyzed,and the internal relationship among intrusion events,runway operation mode,flight arrival ratio and scheduling efficiency under various circumstances was revealed,so as to verify the correctness of the model.
