摘要
绿色低碳发展的理念在全球范围内已形成共识。碳达峰、碳中和是实现高质量发展的必由之路,是由中国经济建设发展新阶段决定的。中国实现碳达峰、碳中和的目标任务是相当艰巨的,能源转型和能源企业是实现碳达峰、碳中和目标的关键。给出了油气企业在能源转型中的8点建议:转变经营理念,理顺发展思路;重视油气资源开发,确保国家能源安全;降低生产成本,提高投资效益;优化产业结构,调整产业布局;深化企业改革,增强经营活力;改善创新环境,加大创新力度;扩大对外合作,提升国际化经营水平;加强文化建设,提升品牌价值。
The concept of green and low-carbon development has reached a global consensus.Carbon peaking and carbon neutrality is the only way to achieve high-quality development,which is determined by the new stage of China’s economic development.It is a daunting task for China to achieve the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.Energy transition and energy enterprises are the key to achieving the goal.There are eight suggestions for oil and gas enterprises in energy transition:change the management concept and straighten out the development ideas;pay attention to the development of oil and gas resources to ensure national energy security;reduce production cost and improve investment efficiency;optimize industrial structure and adjust industrial layout;deepen the reform of enterprises and enhance the vitality of operation;improve the innovation environment and increase innovation efforts;expand foreign cooperation and improve the level of international operation;strengthen cultural construction and enhance brand value.
