摘要
巷道围岩变形是其内部应力变化引起的工程现象,有效测量巷道内部围岩变形特征,对于巷道围岩稳定性控制具有重要意义。为实现巷道围岩内部变形监测,准确感知巷道围岩的实时变形过程,采用分段式倾角感知-位移测算-整体监测的思路,研制了新型围岩位移监测仪,介绍了其工作原理,并进行了精度分析。通过试验可知,仪器可以稳定传输巷道围岩变形的实时数据,对于巷道围岩变形的情况有灵敏的感知,精度可达0.0001°,满足巷道围岩实时精确监测。该原理与方法可望为巷道围岩智能感知提供一定的研究基础。
The deformation of roadway surrounding rock is an engineering phenomenon caused by the variation of its internal stress.It is important to measure the deformation characteristics of roadway surrounding rock effectively for the stability control of roadway surrounding rock.In order to realize the monitoring of the internal deformation of the surrounding rock and accurately perceive the real-time deformation process of the surrounding rock,a new type of monitoring instrument of the surrounding rock displacement is developed by using the idea of sectional dip perception-displacement calculation-overall monitoring,its working principle is introduced and its accuracy is analyzed.Through the test,the instrument can transmit the real-time data of the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway stably,and has a sensitive perception of the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway,and the precision can reach 0.0001°,which can satisfy the real-time and accurate monitoring of the surrounding rock of the roadway.The principle and method can provide a certain research basis for the intelligent perception of the surrounding rock of roadway.
