摘要
中国人心目中最重要的传统节日——春节,经历了千年的历史沉淀。在现代化和全球化的发展背景下,由春节这一特定时期产生的“年味”一词,逐渐出现在人们的视线中,而“年味”淡了这一结论,似乎已成现状。这其中反映了人们对于传统文化和民族根源的重视。该文从食物的角度出发,在时代发展的背景下,以时间和空间两个维度去探讨“年味”的形成,进而去分析“年味”淡了这一结论产生的原因。相对于春节的“年味”淡了,不如说是新的“年味”还未形成传统并流行,但是旧的“年味”传统正在逐渐消逝。“年味”不是一成不变的,每个时代都有属于它自己的“年味”。
The Spring Festival is the most important traditional festival in the minds of Chinese people, has experienced a thousand years of historical precipitation. Under the background of modernization and globalization, the word Nian Wei, which originated in the specific period of the Spring Festival, has gradually appeared in people’s eyes. However, the conclusion that the Atmosphere of the Spring Festival has faded seems to be the status quo. This reflects people’s emphasis on traditional culture and ethnic origin. From the perspective of food, in the context of the development of the times, this paper discusses the formation of the Atmosphere of the Spring Festival from two dimensions of time and space, and then analyzes the reasons for the conclusion that Nian Wei is weakened. Compared with the weakened of the Spring Festival, it is better to say that the new atmosphere has not formed the traditional fashion and has not yet become popular. But the old tradition is gradually dying out. the Atmosphere of the Spring Festival is not invariable,each era has its own era.
