摘要
数字经济的发展促成了整个社会的数字蝶变,数字经济表现出来的强大推动力成为经济发展的重要支撑。从技术进步和制度变迁两个角度分析了数字经济发展对经济增长的促进作用,以省级面板数据为基础,构建了面板数据模型,通过实证分析得到如下结论:数字经济能够实现经济的高质量发展,数字经济对经济增长的推动力具有显著的普惠性,有助于降低区域之间的经济发展差距,实现区域经济的平衡发展。在技术进步层面,数字经济的发展极大地促进了市场需求的多样性,数字技术的进步也为数字经济时代的经济发展提供了新的发展动力。因此,要素配置、要素组合和生产效率在数字经济的作用下都得到了不同程度的强化,三者相互影响,共同推动了经济的进步和发展。在制度变迁层面,数字经济的发展促进了服务型政府的建设,政府通过全新的数字技术实现了和市民、企业的良性互动,营造了良好的经济环境,实现了资源的有效配置,最终推动了经济的可持续发展。
The development of the digital economy has contributed to the digital transformation of the entire society, and the strong impetus of the digital economy has played an important supporting role in economic development.The paper analyzes the promotion effect of digital economy development on economic growth from the perspective of technological progress and institutional changes and constructs a panel data model on the basis of provincial panel data.Through empirical analysis, it has the following findings:(1) digital economy can facilitate the high-quality development of economy;it has an inclusively strong impetus to economic growth, and helps to reduce the economic inequality among regions and to achieve balanced development of the regional economy;(2) in the aspect of technological progress, with the advancement of digital technology providing a new driving force, the digital economy development has greatly promoted the diversity of market demand.Therefore, factor allocation, factor combination and production efficiency have all been strengthened to varying degrees under the influence of the digital economy, interacting with each other and jointly promoting the economic development;(3) in the aspect of institutional changes, the digital economy development has promoted the construction of a service-oriented government, and the government has achieved sound interactions with citizens and enterprises through brand-new digital technologies, created a favorable economic environment, realized the effective allocation of resources, and finally promoted the sustainable economic development.
