海南地区某既有厂房节能改造研究

摘要 社会经济的发展促进了社会环保意识的增强,由于老旧厂房、工业遗址等缺乏节能管理能力,建筑能耗较高,因此它们的节能改造空间较大。本研究旨在充分发挥夏热冬暖地区老旧工业厂房的节能潜力,探讨围护结构的改变对于厂房能耗的影响作用。本文分析设计的9种围护结构组合方案,并运用PKPU绿建节能软件模拟厂房围护结构的空调采暖能耗,根据能耗模拟情况分析某夏热冬暖地区既有工业厂房节能潜力,为该厂房维护结构节能改造提出了合理的技术体系。研究结果表明,节能改造前后,本项目厂房围护结构节能率最高可提高19.6%,可降低近50407.80kW·h能耗。因此,本项目案例具有一定参考价值与借鉴意义。 The development of social economy has promoted the enhancement of social environmental protection awareness.Due to the lack of energy conservation management ability of old factory buildings and industrial historic sites,building energy consumption is high,so their energy conservation renovation space is large.The purpose of this study is to give full play to the energy conservation potential of old industrial factory buildings in the areas with hot summer and warm winter climate,and discuss the influence of the enclosure structure change on the energy consumption of factory buildings.Through the analysis on 9 kinds of designed enclosure structure combination scheme,using PKPU green building energy conservation software,the airconditioning heating energy consumption of the factory building enclosure structure is simulated,according to the simulation of energy consumption,the energy conservation potential of an existing industrial factory building in certain area with hot summer and warm winter climate is analyzed,and the reasonable technical system for energy conservation renovation of the building enclosure structure is proposed.The study results show that,the energy consumption rate of the factory building enclosure structure in this project can be increased by up to 19.6%and the energy consumption can be reduced by nearly 50,407.80 KW·h before and after energy consumption renovation.Therefore,this project case has certain reference value and significance.
