摘要
村镇黑臭水体已成为突出的环境问题之一,对具有典型特征的村镇地区水环境治理工作研究,更具有难度和代表性。研究流域是典型的水系发达村镇地区,对该流域黑臭水体综合整治工程技术的选择、适用范围、技术要点和限制因素进行梳理,并分析在治理过程中实际遇到的难点问题,如治理基础与前提的控源截污技术中截污纳管的不同布置形式、面源控制中合流制溢流污染控制等问题进行探讨,提出适合水系发达的村镇地区水环境治理的几点建议,以期为相关的地区水环境综合整治工程在设计前期提供参考和借鉴。
Black and odorous water bodies in villages and towns have become one of the prominent environmental problems,the research on water environment treatment in villages and towns with typical characteristics is more difficult and representative.The study basin is a typical village and town area with developed water system.This paper combed the selection,scope of application,technical points and limiting factors of the comprehensive treatment engineering technology of black and odorous water bodies in the basin,and analyzed the practical difficulties encountered in the treatment process,such as the different layout forms of sewage interception pipelines in the source control and interception technology based on the treatment foundation and premise,and the combined overflow pollution control in non-point source control.This paper put forward some suggestions for water environment treatment in villages and towns with developed water system,in order to provide reference for relevant regional water environment comprehensive treatment projects in the early stage of design.
