摘要 促进城乡义务教育优质均衡发展,既是社会公平的重要基础和重大的民生问题,也是实现国家可持续发展和中华民族伟大复兴的现实需要。聚焦城乡义务教育资源配置现实差距,让城乡学生在获得基本教育服务方面享有平等的机会,成为全社会的共同关注和美好愿景。乡村振兴需要公平而有质量的教育,让每一所乡村学校都不再薄弱。新时代,城乡义务教育如何实现优质均衡发展是实现乡村振兴的内涵要求,是深层次推进教育公平的客观要求,是提高人口素质的必然途径,也是促进城乡教育一体化的根本保证,更是应对当前社会主要矛盾的有效途径。 Promoting the high-quality and balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education is not only an important basis for social equity and a major livelihood issue, but also a realistic need to achieve sustainable national development and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Focusing on the actual disparity in the allocation of urban and rural compulsory education resources, allowing urban and rural students to enjoy equal opportunities in obtaining basic education services has become the common concern and vision of the whole society. Rural revitalization requires fair and high-quality education, so that every rural school is no longer weak. In the new era, how to achieve high-quality and balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education is the connotative requirement of realizing rural revitalization, the objective requirement of promoting education fairness at a deeper level, the inevitable way to improve the quality of the population, the fundamental guarantee for promoting the integration of urban and rural education, also an effective way to the main contradiction in the current society.
