摘要
陕西省各地市《地区水文手册》和《陕西省暴雨洪水图集》自20世纪80年代以来,成为近40余年来涉水工程规划、设计、复核的重要参考依据。随着经济社会发展,水文情势也发生较大变化,2021年6月新编制的《陕西省水文手册》通过了评审进入试用阶段。其中设计洪峰流量采用经验公式法、推理公式法及瞬时单位线法三种方法推求,并以水文站频率计算成果为参考值,以此来分析洪峰流量计算公式中参数的合理性,其成果可满足工程需要。
Since the 1980s,the"Regional Hydrology Handbook"and"Shaanxi Province Storm Flood Atlas"have become important references for the planning,design and review of water-related projects in the past 40 years.With economic and social development,the hydrological situation has also undergone major changes.In June 2021,the newly compiled"Shaanxi Provincial Hydrological Manual"passed the review and entered the trial stage.Among them,the design peak flow is calculated by three methods:empirical formula method,inference formula method and instantaneous unit line method.The frequency calculation results of hydrological stations are used as reference values to analyze the rationality of the parameters in the calculation formula of flood peak discharge,and the results can meet the needs of the project.
