施用滤泥对土壤肥力的影响

摘要 食糖是一个国家的重要战略物资,制糖企业为了保障国家的糖资源,以甘蔗和甜菜为原材料生产加工糖,但在其生产加工的过程中会产生大量的副产品一滤泥。为了实现对糖厂滤泥副产品的再利用,本文以甜菜食糖加工的滤泥为试验材料,研究滤泥施用量对土壤理化性质的影响。本文对中性黑土施加不同量的甜菜滤泥(土重的0%、1%、3%、5%、7%、9%)进行土培试验。在培养不同天数(0、20、40、60、120天)分5批取样,测定施加不同滤泥量土壤的pH、无机氮、有效磷、有效钾、有机质、营养元素、土壤过氧化氢酶活性及土壤磷酸酶活性的变化。结果表明:随着施用滤泥量的增加,土壤有效铁含量、有效铜含量、磷酸酶活性含量均呈现下降趋势,土壤pH、无机氮、有效磷、有效钾、有机质、有效锰、有效锌、有效镁、有效钙含量及过氧化氢酶活性均呈上升趋势,且不同的测定指标在不同取样时期下也有不同的变化。因此得出,施加甜菜滤泥能够改变土壤理化性质,提高土壤肥力,这对于甜菜滤泥的再利用具有一定的参考价值。 Sugar is an important strategic material for a country,and sugar enterprises use sugarcane and sugar beet as raw materials to produce processed sugar in order to secure national sugar resources,but a large amount of filter sludge,a by-product,is produced in the process of its production and processing.In order to realize the reuse of filter sludge by-products from sugar mills,this paper uses filter sludge from sugar beet processing as experimental materials to study the effect of filter sludge application on soil physicochemical properties.In this paper,different amounts of sugar beet filter mud(0%,1%,3%,5%,7%and 9%of soil weight)were applied to neutral black soil for soil cultivation tests.Samples were taken in five batches at different days of incubation(0,20,40,60 and 120 days),and the changes of pH,inorganic nitrogen,effective phosphorus,effective potassium,organic matter,nutrients,soil peroxidase activity and soil phosphatase activity of the soils with different amounts of filter mud were measured.The results showed that with the increase of applied filter mud,the contents of soil effective iron,effective copper and phosphatase activity showed a decreasing trend,and the contents of soil pH,inorganic nitrogen,effective phosphorus,effective potassium,organic matter,effective manganese,effective zinc,effective magnesium,effective calcium and catalase activity showed an increasing trend,and the different measured indexes also had different changes under different sampling periods.Therefore,it was concluded that the application of sugar beet filtrate can change the soil physical and chemical properties and improve the soil fertility,which has some reference value for the reuse of sugar beet filtrate.
