摘要
目的:观察中药扶正化痰解毒方对惰性B细胞淋巴瘤病程进展的影响及其可能机制。方法:将诊断为惰性B细胞淋巴瘤的109例患者,随机分为两组。治疗组67例,对照组42例;治疗组予中药扶正化痰解毒方,3个月为1个疗程,对照组予定期随访观察。治疗组47例住院患者每3个月检查1次相关观察指标,连续观察3年。结果:治疗组3年内进入西医干预人数明显少于对照组(P﹤0.001);治疗组47例住院患者治疗后中医证候学积分较前明显降低(P﹤0.05);治疗组47例住院患者治疗后较治疗前CD4/CD8明显升高(P﹤0.05),VEGF、TNF-α明显降低(P﹤0.05)。结论:扶正化痰解毒方能够有效延缓惰性B细胞淋巴瘤患者进入西医干预阶段,且能够减轻患者的相关临床症状,改善生存质量。
Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese herbal medicine Fuzheng Huatan Jiedu formula on the disease progression of indolent B-cell lymphoma and its possible mechanism.Methods:109 cases of diagnosed patients with indolent B-cell lymphoma were randomly divided into 2 groups,67 cases in treatment group,42 cases in control group.The treatment group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine Fuzheng Huatan Jiedu formula,3 months as a course of treatment,while the control group was regularly followed up and observed.For 47 cases of inpatients in treatment group,the relevant observed indexes were examined once every 3 months,and continuously observed for 3 years.Results:The number of patients in treatment group who entered into western medicine intervention within 3years was significantly less than that in control group(P<0.001).Some of TCM syndrome scores of 47 inpatients in treatment group after treatment were significantly lower than before treatmetn(P<0.05).CD4/CD8 of 47 inpatients in treatment group after treatment was significantly increased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),VEGF and TNF-αwere significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Huatan Jiedu formula can effectively delay indolent B-cell lymphoma entering into the stage of western medicine intervention,and relieve the patients’related clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life.
