摘要
针对1000 MW机组定子冷却水泵所用2台卧式电机在解体大修后调试过程中出现振动偏大问题,对检修数据进行分析,并对可能因素进行排查,最终认为出现该问题的原因为地面基础沉降,刚度降低,机座软弱。现场采用基础加固,最终解决了振动超标问题。
Aiming at the problem of large vibration in the commissioning of 2 horizontal motors used in stator cooling water pumps of 1000 MW units,the maintenance data are analyzed and the possible factors are checked.Finally,it is considered that the cause of this problem is the settlement of ground foundation,the reduction of stiffness and the weakness of engine base.The foundation reinforcement is adopted on site,and the problem of excessive vibration is finally solved.
