基于多源数据融合的水泵机组状态评价方法研究与实践 被引量:4

摘要 全面客观评价水泵机组健康状态是开展大型水泵机组预测性检修的关键环节,为此研究基于多源状态参数的水泵机组健康状态综合评价方法.筛选了能够表征水泵机组健康状态的参数,采用核密度估计方法和泵站运行管理规程给出的限值作为评价依据,基于分层多步综合扣分法的评价方法,包括状态参数、部件状态和设备状态等评价规则,开发基于综合扣分法的状态评价软件,并应用于某南水北调泵站的水泵机组状态评价.应用结果表明:该状态评价方法能够有效评价水泵机组状态评价且易于实现,其评价结果可为水泵机组开展预测性检修提供参考依据. Carrying out predictive maintenance of a large-scale water pump unit is a core task of intelligent pump station construction.Comprehensive and objective evaluation of the health state of the water pump unit is the key link of predictive maintenance.Therefore,the state evaluation method of a large water pump set based on multi state parameters fusion is studied.Firstly,the parameters that can characterize the health state of the pump unit are selected,and the kernel density estimation(KDE)and the limits given in the operation and management specifications of the pump station are used as the evaluation basis.Then,the evaluation method of hierarchical multi-step comprehensive score deduction method is introduced,including the evaluation rules of state parameters,component state and equipment state.Finally,the development of condition evaluation software based on comprehensive deduction method is introduced and applied to the condition evaluation of the pump unit of a South-to-North water transfer pump station.The application shows that the condition evaluation method can effectively evaluate the condition evaluation of water pump unit and is easy to be realized.The evaluation results can provide a reference basis for predictive maintenance of a water pump unit.
