摘要
新媒体传播矩阵下,版权侵权日益加剧,侵权形式日益多样,传统的版权保护模式难以为继。区块链的出现为版权保护带来了新机遇,它能解决版权保护痛点,赋能版权事业发展。从当前图书馆行业内刊版权保护的困境着手,构建了基于区块链技术的图书馆行业内刊版权保护模式,阐述了其契合性、逻辑性以及对事业远景发展的思考,以期为图书馆行业内刊版权保护提供新方案。
Under the new media communication matrix,copyright infringement is increasingly intensified,and the forms of infringement are increasingly diverse.The traditional mode of copyright protection is difficult to sustain.The emer⁃gence of blockchain brings new opportunities for copyright protection.It can solve the pain points of copyright protection and enable the development of copyright cause.Starting from the current dilemma of copyright protection of the restricted periodical in the library industry,this paper constructs a model of copyright protection of the restricted periodical in the li⁃brary industry based on the blockchain technology,and expounds its consistency,logic,and thinking about the long term development of the cause,with a view to providing a new scheme for copyright protection of the restricted periodical in the library industry.
