环保型铝合金化学氧化工艺的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 铝合金化学氧化液中普遍采用六价铬酸盐。高污染且不易沉降的六价铬离子不仅给操作人员的健康造成危害,而且还严重污染环境,因此世界各国都在研发环保型铝合金化学氧化工艺。对国内外铝合金无六价铬化学氧化处理的研究现状进行了综述,分析了其发展前景。 Hexavalent chromate is commonly used in chemical oxidation solution of aluminum alloy. Hexavalent chromium ions with high pollution and not easy sedimentation not only cause harm to the health of operators, but also seriously pollute the environment. Therefore, countries all over the world are developing environmentally friendly aluminum alloy chemical oxidation process. The research status of hexavalent chromium free chemical oxidation treatment for aluminum alloys at home and abroad is reviewed, and its development prospects are analyzed.
