摘要
对于内部结构复杂的车用升降器开关面板,针对其形状不规则多卡扣的特点,设计了侧向抽芯机构进行成型;而对零件中不规则盆状凹槽,采用斜导柱抽芯机构完成异形孔成型。采用UG12.0 Mold Wizard应用模块以确保各个机构间互不干涉。根据车用升降器开关面板结构特点,采用了组合式凹凸模,保证塑件顺利脱模。利用Moldflow软件进行DOE分析,得到了合理的优化参数,最终选择了熔体温度为230.8℃,模具表面温度52.5℃,注塑时间1s,开模时间5 s,保压阶段最大保压压力200 MPa,保压总时间20 s,到达顶出温度时间59.21 s,总冷却时间约38 s的工艺参数组合,改善了零件的使用性能,设计的模具结构紧凑、工作稳定。
According to the characteristics of irregular shape and multiple buckles,a lateral core-pulling mechanism was designed for the switch panel of vehicle elevator with complex internal structure.For the irregular basin-shaped groove in the part,the inclined guide post core-pulling mechanism was used to complete the special-shaped hole forming.UG12.0 Mold Wizard application module was adopted to ensure non-interference among institutions.According to the structural characteristics of the switch panel of the vehicle elevator,the combined concave-convex die was adopted to ensure the smooth demoulding of the plastic parts.By using Moldflow software to do analysis,reasonable optimization parameters were obtained.Finally,the process parameters of melt temperature of 230.8℃,mold surface temperature of 52.5℃,injection time of 1 s,mold opening time of 5 s,maximum pressure of200 MPa in pressure holding stage,total pressure holding time of 20 s,time to reach ejection temperature of 59.21 s and total cooling time of about 38 s were selected,which improved the service performance of parts and designed mold.
