摘要
目的研究血清铁蛋白、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)在卵巢癌中的表达及与病情严重程度的相关性。方法采用回顾性研究,选取重庆市急救医疗中心和重庆市肿瘤医院2019年1月至2022年1月收治的80例卵巢癌患者作为实验组,同时选取80例同期卵巢良性病变作为对照组。比较两组患者血清铁蛋白、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)水平;比较不同临床病理特征患者铁蛋白、IGF-1、Fib水平;分析血清铁蛋白、IGF-1、Fib水平与病情严重程度的相关性。结果实验组患者血清铁蛋白、IGF-1、Fib水平为(382.42±10.79)ng/mL、(398.63±11.24)ng/mL、(5.78±0.48)g/L,显著高于对照组[(201.85±10.54)ng/mL、(243.57±11.63)ng/mL、(3.27±0.41)g/L],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TNM为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、存在淋巴结转移和低分化程度的卵巢癌患者血清铁蛋白、IGF-1、Fib水平均显著高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、不存在淋巴结转移和中高分化程度的卵巢癌患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清铁蛋白、IGF-1、Fib水平与TNM分期呈正相关性(r=0.515、0.483、0.469,P<0.05)。结论血清铁蛋白、IGF-1、Fib在卵巢癌中明显升高,且与病情严重程度存在明显的相关性。
Objective To study the expression of serum ferritin,insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and fibrinogen(Fib)in ovarian cancer and their correlation with disease severity.Methods Eighty patients with ovarian cancer in Chongqing Emergency Medical Center and Chongqing Cancer Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were retrospectively enrolled as experimental group,meantime,another 80 patients with benign ovarian lesions were set as control group.The levels of serum ferritin,insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),fibrinogen(Fib)were compared between the two groups;and the levels of ferritin,IGF-1 and Fib in patients with different clinicopathological characteristics were compared;then the correlation of serum SERUM FERRITIN,IGF-1 and Fib levels with disease severity was discussed.Results The serum levels of ferritin,IGF-1 and Fib in the experimental group were(382.42±10.79)ng/m L,(398.63±11.24)ng/m L,and(5.78±0.48)g/L,which were significantly higher than those in the control group[(201.85±10.54)ng/m L,(243.57±11.63)ng/m L,(3.27±0.41)g/L],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of serum ferritin,IGF-1,Fib in ovarian cancer patients with stageⅢ-Ⅳ,lymph node metastasis and low degree of differentiation was significantly higher than that of patients with stageⅠ-Ⅱnon-metastasis and moderate-to-high degree of differentiation(P<0.05).Serum SF,IGF-1 and Fib levels were positively correlated with TNM stage(r=0.515,0.483,0.469,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum ferritin,IGF-1 and Fib are significantly elevated in ovarian cancer,and the three are closely related to the severity of the disease.
