摘要
上海市徐家汇体育公园“两馆一建”项目是改建与新建同时进行的公共体育项目用房,项目初建年代较早,图纸存在三个版本,对于BIM技术的应用实施是一次高难度的挑战。本项目将BIM作为工程项目管理和技术手段,包括协同设计、管线综合优化、深化设计、施工组织、进度管理和质量监控等,保证了项目的成功实施,提高了工程建设质量和项目综合管理水平。本文介绍了BIM技术在改建与新建交错施工项目中施工与管理方面的应用以及与三维扫描技术的结合。
The"Two Halls within One Construction"project of Shanghai Xujiahui Sports Park is a public sports house that is reconstructed and newly built at the same time.The project was built earlier.There are three versions of the drawings.The application and implementation of BIM technology is a difficult challenge.This project uses BIM as a project management and technical means,including collaborative design,comprehensive optimization of pipelines and electrical lines,deepen the design,construction Organization,schedule management,quality control,etc..To ensure the successful implementation of the project,improve the quality of project construction and the level of comprehensive project management.This article introduces the application of BIM technology in construction management in reconstruction and new construction projects.Also,this paper introduces how 3D laser scan technology can be combined.
