摘要
随着绿色建筑的发展,建筑运维管理水平的提升已成为绿色建筑高质量发展的关键。然而,在实际运维过程中,“竣工信息不全、缺少过程反馈、多系统独立运行”等问题导致了部分项目的运行效果未能达到设计预期,BIM技术可视化及信息集成的特性为解决这类问题提供了可能性。本文从绿色建筑实际运维需求出发,提出了基于BIMS数据库的运维阶段多源异构数据集成思路,为后期基于BIM的绿色建筑运维管理平台的搭建提供参考。
With the rapid growing of green buildings in China,it is very important to take the operation and the maintenance of these buildings.However,due to the isomerism and diversity of current information platforms,the actual performance of some projects failed to meet the design expectations.BIM technology has the characteristics of visualization and information integration,which has capabilities to solve these problems.According to the actual demands,this paperhas proposed an idea of multi-source heterogeneous data based on a standard BIMS database,which can provide references for future system architecture of green building operation and maintenance platforms.
