摘要
白癜风是临床较常见的原发性、泛发性或局限性的以色素脱失斑为表现的一种皮肤病,任何年龄及身体部位均可发病,全球发病率可达0.5%~2%。皮损表现为边界清楚的皮肤或(和)粘膜白斑,部分伴有毛发变白。白癜风的发病与人体免疫系统密切相关,虽然白癜风的发病机制目前还未明确,但从免疫机制干预白癜风病情已经得到越来越多的关注。中医对于白癜风的研究由来已久,《诸病源候论》、《外科大成》、《医宗金鉴》等中医古籍中均有对白癜风的认识和描述。对于白癜风的治疗历代中医医家留下了众多组方,为当代研究中医药干预白癜风病情提供了诸多思路。随着现代医学研究的不断深入,大量中药、中药组方以及中医内外治法均对白癜风病情表现出较好的疗效,为中医药及中西医结合从免疫机制层面干预白癜风病情提供了更多可能。
Vitiligo is a common primary,generalized or localized skin disease involving depigmentation,which can occur at any age and any part of the body,with a global incidence of 0.5%~2%.The lesions are characterized by well-defined leukoplakia of the skin and/or mucous membranes,some accompanied by hair whitening.The pathogenesis of vitiligo is closely related to the human immune system.Although the pathogenesis of vitiligo is not clear,more and more attention has been paid to the intervention of vitiligo from the immune mechanism.The research of traditional Chinese medicine on vitiligo for a long history.The understanding and description of vitiligo can be found in ancient Chinese medicine books such as“The Theory Of The Sources Of Various Diseases”,“The Great Success Of Surgery”,“Medical History Jin Jin”and so on.For the treatment of vitiligo,traditional Chinese medicine doctors of past dynasties had left many prescriptions,which provides many ideas for the contemporary study of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in vitiligo.With the deepening of modern medical research,a large number of traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and internal and external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine have shown good curative effects on vitiligo,which provides more possibilities for traditional Chinese medicine and the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to intervene the condition of vitiligo from the level of immune mechanism.
