摘要
大疱性类天疱疮是一种自身免疫性表皮下大疱病,为重症皮肤病。目前治疗以糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂为主,存在各种禁忌症并常带来较多严重不良反应,因此积极探求有效的中医药治疗方法,对辅助治疗该病有着重要临床意义。随着对本病的进一步认识和研究,中医药内治法、外治法、中成药等有了进一步发展。笔者将对大疱性类天疱疮的中医古今诊疗进展进行综述。
Bullous pemphigoid is an autoimmune subepidermal bullous disease,which is a severe skin disease.At present,glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants are the main treatments,which have various contraindications and often bring many serious adverse reactions.Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to actively explore effective traditional Chinese medic ine(TCM)treatment methods for adjuvant treatment of the disease.With the further understanding and research of this disease,the internal and external treatment of TCM,and Chinese patent medicine have been further developed.This article will review the progr ess of diagnosis and treatment of bullous pemphigoid in ancient and modern Chinese medicine.
