摘要
在研究国内标准数字化必要性及工作进程的基础上,从数据资源基础建设、攻关关键技术、构建标准基线、孕育发展生态4个方面对标准数字化工作关键路径开展分析研究,并探索提出加强标准数字化转型基础研究、引领标准数字化转型技术攻关、创新标准数字化转型服务模式、紧跟国际标准数字化工作动态与成果等标准数字化工作建议。
On the basis of studying the necessity and work process of domestic standards digitalization,the paper analyzes and studies the key path of standards digitalization from four aspects:data resource infrastructure construction,tackling key technologies,building standard baseline,and breeding development ecology,and proposes to strengthen the basic research of standards digitalization transformation,lead the research of standards digitalization transformation technology,innovate the service mode of standards digitalization transformation,and follow up the international standards digitization work trends and achievements and other standards digitization work suggestions.
