摘要
介绍国际标准化组织(ISO)提出机器可读标准的背景,以及机器可读标准项目的目标、水平、工作内容和工作安排,重点分析项目在建立ISO和IEC合作框架、收集用户案例、技术解决方案等方面的主要工作进展和应用,密切跟踪国际标准化组织机器可读标准工作动态,对于推动我国机器可读标准工作具有参考和借鉴价值。
This paper introduces the background of International Organization for Standardization(ISO)to propose SMART,the goals,levels,work contents and work arrangements of the SMART project,and the main work progress of the project in establishing a cooperation framework of ISO and IEC,collecting user cases,technical solutions,etc.Closely tracking the work trends of the machine readable standards of ISO has practical reference value for promoting the work of machine readable standards in China.
