摘要
美国大学与研究图书馆协会(ACRL)每两年发布一份关于高校图书馆的《环境扫描报告》。对报告进行解读,探讨高校图书馆的发展环境及其对图书馆的影响,有助于为我国高校图书馆把握未来发展方向、科学制定“十四五”规划以及促进高质量发展提供参考。文章通过研究2015—2021年的系列报告内容,并重点解读2021年的报告,建议国内高校图书馆强化应急管理服务能力、加强综合信息素养教育、丰富教育资源服务内容、创新学术研究服务体系、参与学术交流生态系统、应用新兴技术研发手段,从而积极应对环境变化,通过角色转变和服务转型实现高质量发展的目标。
The Association of College & Research Libraries(ACRL) publishes a report on environmental scan of academic libraries every two years. Interpreting the report and discussing the development environment of academic libraries and its impact on the libraries will help to provide reference for academic libraries in China to grasp the future development direction, scientifically formulate the 14 th Five-Year Plan and promote high-quality development. By studying the contents of the series of reports from 2015 to 2021 and focusing on the interpretation of the 2021 report, this paper suggests that academic libraries in China should strengthen the capacity for emergency management service, promote comprehensive information literacy education, enrich the service contents of educational resources, innovate the academic research service system, participate in academic exchange ecosystem, employ emerging technology research and development means, in order to actively respond to environmental changes and achieve the goal of high-quality development through role transformation and service transformation.
