摘要
随着气田开发的不断深入,地面系统出现集输管道负荷逐年增大,单井站运行成本高,部分气井压力逐年降低,开发效益变差,加热炉无法实现精细管理,以及气井伴热运行与维护成本高等问题。因此,围绕气田地面系统降本增效的目标,对徐深气田地面工程建设及运行情况进行调查与分析,通过优化井站布局,有效实现了井站生产成本的降低;建设高低含碳天然气混输工艺,灵活配产,降低了集输干线运行负荷,使资源得到充分发挥,实现多产多输;利用增压开采技术延长低压气井的开采年限,提高气藏采收率;应用加热炉完整性管理平台,为加热炉风险识别、能效评价以及维修维护等管理提供详实可靠资料,达到完整性管理的目标;推广应用注醇防冻工艺,大幅降低防冻工艺建设费用与运行成本。这些措施解决了影响气田安全及平稳运行的各类问题,进一步提高了井站的平稳运行能力和开发效益,可为徐深气田长期地面规划提供指导意见。
As the continuously in-depth development of the gas field,many problems have emerged in its surface system,such as yearly increasing load of gathering pipeline,high running cost of singlewell metering station,yearly decreasing pressure in some gas wells,deteriorating exploitation efficiency,unavailable delicacy management for heating furnace,exorbitant cost of tracing heat operation and maintenance for gas well.Therefore,for enhancing efficiency by reducing cost in gas field surface system,we investigate and analyze the construction of the surface engineering of the Xushen Gas Field and its operation.By optimizing the layout of the well metering station,its production cost is reduced efficiently.Through building up high and low carbon natural gas mixed transportation process,flexible production distribution is realized,the operation load of gathering and transportation trunk line is reduced which makes full use of resources,and more production and transportation are realized.By using boosting mining technology,the service time of low pressure gas well is extended,and recovery in gas reservoirs is enhanced.With the utilization of heating furnace integrity management platform,supporting documents are loaded for risk identification,energy efficiency evaluation,maintenance,and repair to achieve the goal of integrity management.Through applying alcohol injection anti-freezing technique,the construction and operation costs of anti-freezing technique are significantly reduced.Besides,various problems related to safety and stable operation of gas field are solved,and the stable operation ability and development benefit in metering station are further improved,which can provide guidance for long-term surface planning of the Xushen Gas Field.
