摘要
基于装配式建筑产业的发展前景,利用微孔煤矸石混凝土轻质、隔热、隔音、节能的特性,克服微孔混凝土抗拉强度较低、易开裂的问题,制作了一种微孔煤矸石混凝土板。基于此进行理论分析和试验研究,得到构件极限荷载、裂缝、延性等性能,并通过有限元模拟进行参数扩展分析,提出承载力计算公式。研究表明,微孔煤矸石混凝土构件能够承受一定荷载并作为特定建筑构件使用,在建筑领域具有广阔的发展前景。
With the development of prefabricated construction industry,a type of micro-pore coal gangue concrete slab was made to solve the problems of micro-pore concrete such as low tensile strength and easy cracking by taking advantage of the characteristics of micro-pore coal gangue concrete like light weight,heat insulation,sound insulation and energy saving.Based on the theoretical analysis and experimental research,the ultimate load,crack,ductility and other properties of components were obtained.The parameter extension analysis was then carried out by finite element simulation,with the calculation formula of bearing capacity proposed.The research showed that coal gangue concrete components can bear certain load and be used as special building components with a broad prospect in the field of construction.
