摘要
为规范化门诊处方质量及用药合理性,本文分析和探索医院药剂科展开处方点评和审核工作的作用,对处方规范化问题展开深度的研究和探讨,并在研究中发现医院处方开具工作中很容易出现处方质量不足和用药不合理的情况。医院积极开展处方点评和审核工作对提高门诊用药的合理性非常有帮助。本文分析处方点评和审核工作的重要性,并利用相应的研究找到当前处方不合格和不合理的具体情况,还提出了解决这些问题的方法以供参考。
In order to standardize the quality of outpatient prescriptions and the rationality of drug use,this paper analyzes and explores the role of the hospital pharmacy department in the review and review of prescriptions,and conducts in-depth research and discussion on the standardization of prescriptions.In the research,it is found that the prescription quality is insufficient and the medication is unreasonable in the hospital prescription work.The hospital's active development of prescription review and review is very helpful to improve the rationality of outpatient medication.This paper analyzes the importance of prescription reviews and review work,and uses the corresponding research to find out the specific situations of current prescription unqualified and unreasonable,and also proposes methods to solve these problems for reference.
